The North and South Tattnall Elementary Schools are sister schools located in Tattnall County, GA. Both schools are being built simultaneously. The schools were originally scheduled for completion in July 2022, however, they are now on track for completion 7 months early. This allows us to save the Owner money and time to move in early.
This facility is approximately 110,000 square feet. Each structure will be load-bearing masonry with some structural steel areas. Each will be single-story with a combination of sloped standing seam metal roofing and low-slope PVC membrane roofing. The HVAC system will be a DX ducted system with energy management controls. The buildings will be fully fire sprinklered. The flooring will be polished concrete with a combination of LVT tile and some epoxy. The lighting system will be LED fixtures throughout. The project site work will include roadwork, grading, and paving along with required site grading and utility work. The exterior will be brick veneer and EIFS with metal trim.
