The New White Bluff Elementary School is a new 2-story elementary school approximately 100,000 square feet. The new school consists of classrooms, administration area, gym, cafeteria, kitchen, media center, restrooms, and other support rooms. Construction is steel frame with masonry infill, load-bearing masonry, suspended slab is hollow core concrete planks, and roof is a combination of standing seam metal and low slope lightweight insulated concrete with TPO finish. Site work includes complete infrastructure, access roads, parking areas, landscaping, and irrigation.
