A new two-story, 87,000sf elementary school built for the Charleston County School District.
The facility was composed predominantly of load bearing masonry veneered with brick and reinforced with structural steel, joists, trusses and metal decking. Two roof systems were utilized including a modified bituminous sheet system and standing seam metal.
