Richmond Hill K-8 is a single-story, 113,720 SF building featuring load-bearing CMU with brick veneer EIFS, composite metal panels, translucent wall panels, and aluminum storefronts. It also includes structural steel elements with bar joists and metal deck. The roof assembly comprises rigid insulation topped with EPDM. Interior finishes include epoxy terrazzo flooring, epoxy resinous flooring, ceramic tile, carpet, solid vinyl tile, and athletic wood flooring. The scope of furnishings and equipment includes, but is not limited to, kitchen and gym equipment, stage equipment, lockers, and architectural casework. All site infrastructure and finishes were also integral parts of this construction.
