Toombs County High School Athletic Facilities

About the project

The Toombs County High School Athletic Complex included a new fieldhouse with batting cages, visitor dugouts, concessions and scorekeeper building. A new running track, water well, sports lighting, as well as softball, baseball, football, and soccer practice fields were also incorporated as a large portion of the new complex.

The field house consisted of locker rooms, laundry area, offices and a batting cage. The fieldhouse was strategically situated so that the girls locker room leads to the dugout for the girls softball field and the boys locker room leads to the dugout for the boys baseball field. Visitor dugouts were constructed for both fields.

The first floor of the two-story concession and scorekeeper building included concessions, restrooms and storage while the second level accommodated a scorekeeper area to serve the baseball and softball fields.
